NATIONAL HYDRO TEAM 1. Develop an integrated Sub-Community of Practice for Hydropower that incorporates Programs and other business lines as well as linkage to the future RIT and DST teams. 2. Develop a Strategic Hydro Program Plan outline. 3. Design and scope a Strategic Workshop in the Spring with supportive from customers, PMAs, Bureau of Reclamation, and others. 4. Review and discuss National Initiatives and "drivers" such as 2012, President's Management Agenda, and the draft Civil Works Strategic Plan, realizing that we must be in alignment with these efforts. 5. Maintain and nurture our relationship with the PMAs, customers, and the R & D communities. 6. Chart the future of the Corps Hydro Program, recognizing national, regional, and local realities. |
