The Corps has potential openings for  SCEP (formerly Co-Op) civil/hydraulic engineering positions. 
To qualify, you have to be actively pursuing BS/BA or graduate degree programs at one of the local
Universities (PSU, UP, and SW-WSU) with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better. The Corps will help pay for
your college tuition and let you work part-time to gain practical experience  in one of the branches of the
Water Management Division. Upon successful program completion, you will be eligible for non-competitive
conversion to a permanent position within the Corps, subject to the availability of a suitable position. 
SCEP students earn paid holidays, annual leave, and sick leave.
