This water supply reallocation study on the Hartwell project was completed in 1996
for the Savannah District of the Corps of Engineers. This project is a 344 MW
powerplant located on the Savannah River in Georgia. The study was conducted to
evaluate the impacts of water supply withdrawals on hydropower generation.
