Coordinated operation of Corps
of Engineers' dams and reservoirs in the Columbia River Basin is part of
the measures designed to halt and reverse the declines of threatened or
endangered Columbia River Basin salmon and other declining fish species.
The information provided below by the Corps of Engineers is used in that
context by the Technical Management Team (TMT), an inter-agency technical
group responsible for making recommendations on dam and reservoir operations.
The Corps representative chairs the TMT.
