Why do I see black lines at the bottom of the graph?

The black lines that appear on your screen are caused by an incompatability between Microsoft and our Sun (UNIX-based) web server. Certain types of data served by a Sun-based machine become corrupted upon interpretation by a Windows-based machine.

Sun Microsystems is currently working on a fix for this problem; but at the present time, no solution is available.

If the graphs are unreadable, we recommend that you look at the tabular data below the graph for more accessible information.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
