1997 Hammer Award

From the award ceremony program...

"Seattle District's Water Control Data System Team reinvented the process for providing streamflow and weather data to water managers involved in regulation of major federal dams, emergency services personnel and local communities involved in flood fight activities and to the public interested in water conditions for recreation. The information is available on the Internet and allows users to quickly and efficiently assimilate large chunks of data and display graphical up-to-date information."
