To check into the building, take the elevator to the 5th
floor and the guard will issue you an ID badge if you need
one and will take you down to the 4th floor where the
meeting is. If you have NOT attended a TMT meeting in the
past you will need to call ahead and let Cathy Hlebechuk
(503) 808-3942, Jim Adams (503) 808-3938 or Cindy Henriksen
(503) 808-3945 know, so you can be added to the TMT Visitor
List and issued an ID badge. This badge may be used
indefinitely. If you have attended TMT in the past you
may re-use your ID badge indefinitely. If you are a
federal employee you will also need to have an ID badge
issued to you which can be used indefinitely.
We have had disruptions on the phone because people are not hitting
'mute' after dial in.
